Late Shri Raj Deo Dubey served with distinction as a Circle Inspector (CI) in the Department of Revenue & Land Reforms, Government of Bihar. Throughout his career, he earned immense respect for his honesty, discipline, and unwavering commitment to public service. His belief that true success lies in serving people with integrity became the guiding principle of his life and the foundation of a legacy that continues to inspire many.
Inspired by his ideals and lifelong dedication to society, his son and grandson carried forward his vision by establishing Daheen Raj C.H.E.S Trust in 2011. What began as a heartfelt tribute to his values has today evolved into a charitable organization working across education, healthcare, environmental conservation, women empowerment, disaster relief, cultural preservation, rural development, and community welfare. Every initiative undertaken by the Trust reflects the principles of compassion, honesty, and selfless service that Late Shri Raj Deo Dubey stood for throughout his life.
