Late Shri Raj Deo Dubey served with distinction as a Former Circle Inspector (CI) in the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, Government of Bihar. Throughout his career, he earned the respect of countless people for his integrity, compassion, and dedication to helping those in need. His belief that true success lies in uplifting society became the foundation upon which the trust was later built.
Determined to carry forward his lifelong ideals, his son and grandson established Daheen Raj C.H.E.S Trust as a living tribute to his legacy. The name C.H.E.S represents the four pillars of the organization—Cultural, Health, Education, and Social—reflecting its commitment to holistic community development.
