Every rupee you donate goes directly toward community upliftment. This policy explains how we accept, acknowledge, manage, and account for all contributions made to our Trust.

No. IV/379 RNC 2011) is a registered charitable Trust established in 2011, dedicated to the welfare and upliftment of society through education, healthcare, culture, environment, and social service. This Donation Policy governs all contributions received by the Trust, ensuring transparency, ethical management, and full accountability of donor funds in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
Daheen Raj C.H.E.S Trust gratefully welcomes contributions from all individuals and entities who share our commitment to social good and community service. The following persons and organizations are eligible to donate:
The Trust reserves the right to decline any donation that conflicts with its charitable mission, values, legal obligations, or where the source of funds cannot be verified. We do not accept donations made with conditions that compromise our organizational independence or program integrity.

Suggested Donation Amounts:
These are suggested amounts only. You may donate any amount you wish. All donations, regardless of size, are deeply valued and honoured.
The Trust is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical fundraising. We exercise careful discretion in accepting donations to ensure that all contributions align with our mission and legal responsibilities.
All funds received by Daheen Raj C.H.E.S Trust are applied exclusively to further the Trust's 12 registered charitable objectives. The Trust adheres to the principle that the maximum possible portion of every donation reaches the intended beneficiaries directly.
The primary allocation of all donations goes toward direct program delivery — education camps, health screenings, cultural events, relief distributions, skill workshops, and environmental drives across our operational areas.
Funds support direct beneficiary needs including educational materials, medicines, food, clothing, vocational training kits, and emergency relief for vulnerable individuals and families.
A minimal, essential portion is used to maintain the Trust's operations — including staff, communications, legal compliance, and program coordination — to ensure efficient and sustained service delivery.
A prudent reserve is maintained for emergency response, disaster relief, or unforeseen community needs, as authorized by the Trust's governing board.
No portion of the Trust's income or surplus shall be used for personal benefit of any trustee, officer, or member. All financial decisions are made collectively by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the Trust Deed and applicable Indian law.
We are committed to acknowledging every act of generosity with gratitude and proper documentation. Upon successful receipt of your donation, the following will be provided:
