Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations made to Daheen Raj C.H.E.S Trust are voluntary contributions in support of our charitable mission and are generally non-refundable once received and committed to program activities.

Funds are typically put to use promptly toward our active charitable programs including healthcare camps, education support, welfare relief, and community development. Given the nature of these activities, refunds cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

We understand that technical errors or genuine mistakes can occur during online transactions. If you believe you have made an accidental donation or donated an incorrect amount, we encourage you to contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

We will review your case with priority and do our best to reach a fair resolution promptly. Requests received after the 7-day window may still be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at contact@drchestrust.org with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]" and include the following mandatory details:

All refund requests received will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Trust's management. Our review process ensures fairness, transparency, and responsible use of charitable funds.

• Each request is individually assessed by the Finance & Compliance trustee
• You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 48 business hours
• A final decision on your refund request will be communicated within 5–7 business days of receipt
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever technically feasible

Once a refund has been formally approved by the Trust, the processing timeline is as follows:

• Online Payment Refunds — 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider
• Bank Transfer Refunds — 10 to 15 business days, depending on the banking institutions involved
• UPI Refunds — 3 to 5 business days in most cases

Recurring or scheduled donation features may be introduced by the Trust in the future as part of our donor engagement programs. If and when such facilities are made available:

• Donors may cancel future recurring contributions at any time by notifying us in writing at contact@drchestrust.org
• Cancellation requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt
• Amounts already processed before the cancellation request date will not be eligible for refund

Currently, all donations are one-time contributions unless otherwise specified.
