Before you apply
Is the internship paid?
Most internships are unpaid, as we are a non-profit trust. You get a certificate, mentorship and travel reimbursement for field visits where it applies.
Can I intern remotely?
Yes. Social Media & Content, Fundraising & CSR and Web & Tech can be done fully remotely. Field tracks need you on site in Ranchi.
How long is an internship?
At least 4 weeks. Program Management needs at least 2 months so you can see a project through.
Who can apply?
College students, recent graduates and working professionals. No NGO experience needed.
